The guy who was making my food literally itched his butt did not wash his hands and then went and made food. I almost got sick 😫 which is very disappointing because my son is going to college in this town, we drive for miles to see him and stop at Hardee's to eat. Unfortunately I do not think I will be stop there again because of the filthy young man preparing our food. Nevertheless the kind older gentleman who took our order was nothing but nice. Just wished he had better staff.

Michael L. deserves a raise! Made my group of 9 absolutely die laughing as soon as we walked in and I don't think we stopped, even after we got back into our cars. And even after coming in right after a huge rush of people, the food was great and came out super fast. We unfortunately don't live in the area, but if/when we travel back down around here, we'll DEFINITELY be back. 😁❤️

Food is always good but service is declining. The young man that was working in the drive thru on 02/09 around 9:58 AM was extremely rude. No hello, or even a pleasant tone. Just barking out the total amount and even said “DAMN!” like he was irritated after I told him thank you. Why would you want that type of service to represent your company? If you don’t like people, don’t work in customer service. Simple.
