Employee called me slurs over chicken sandwiches. They seem like good people but horrible disgusting terrible workers. Theres a reason refunds are only available through customer service line and not their store. They don't give one literal crap about customers or the cook time of food. 50+ minutes for a family meal is okay for a sit down restaurant not fast food. Again I'm fully Irish white and was called derogatory terms for African Americans from another white manager. I do not and cannot understand how they're open. Mind boggling and I hope karma finds the owner for what I went through jus

Told us they had to drop extra crispy, it would take 20 minutes. We said ok and waited. After 25 minutes they came out to say they sold out of the extra crispy and have to give us original. Another 15 minutes food comes out, we drive home. Get home and missing Mac and cheese, 8 biscuits, and fries. Never will I ever return to this location, I can hit the Chinese buffet with the entire family for what I spent....
