The Best Kimchi! I think this place is known for their bossam dish, but I actually haven’t tried it yet. What keeps me coming back is their fresh napa kimchi — it’s crisp, refreshing, and incredibly flavorful. The dolsot bibimbap is good too, though I wish the rice at the bottom was crispier to give it that deeper toasted texture and contrast. I’d say stay away from the mandoo guk, though. It’s not seasoned properly at all. The broth is overly salty, the meat is overcooked to the point where most of the flavor is gone, and the dumplings don’t taste fresh — they seem frozen. What more can I say? This K-town staple consistently delivers when you're craving Korean cuisine. We started our meal with a generous portion of Haemool Pajeon (Seafood Pancake), which arrived sizzling on a hot plate reminiscent of a Chili's Fajita Plate. Saw good reviews on their seafood pancake so I came to try that out and ordered some bossam as well. The bossam was delicious, very good quality pork belly with delicious sides. I ordered ssammjrng and garlic to give it some more punch. The seafood pancake was good, well balanced with its’ ingredients. I just wish it was thinner and crispier, but maybe next time if I can request it to be cooked well-done and crispy, that’d be perfect! Will be back to try more!

The bossam was absolutely outstanding. The pork was perfectly tender, sliced just right, and had a rich, savory flavor without being overly heavy. Each bite practically melted in my mouth. Paired with the fresh napa cabbage wraps, crisp radish slices, and a variety of thoughtfully prepared banchan, every combination felt balanced and satisfying. The kimchi served alongside had just the right level of tang—bright, slightly spicy, and incredibly fresh. The staff were warm, attentive, and happy to guide us on how to build the perfect bite. The complex can be quite busy but valet parking is availa
