Do not come here. Waited in line for 40 mins - 15 people were leaving at a time and they would let groups of 3 in.. They purposely want a line outside to make it look like a popular bar. They turn the lights on at 1:30 when they close at 2 AM. At 1:45 AM, all lights turn on and the bouncers start kicking people out. The bar is at the center of the venue but bouncer won’t let anyone stand/dance on left side. Waste of time and money. Heard good things but not worth it.

Im here on Downback Tuesdays. It’s a gaming tournament night for people who play street fighter, tekken, etc. and I enjoy the vibe here every time. While gaming there is delicious Mama lion sliders and classic wings, my favorite. My bartender Michael is here every time and he welcomes me in. I recommend everyone to come to one of this nights and participate in strong competitive game night. Good vibes only.

First time trying Mama Lion and can safely say that I will never be coming back. Two friends and I attempted to get inside but were denied because my friend was visibly too intoxicated (completely valid reason). The security bouncers were extremely dismissive and said “she’s not getting in but we can give her a water if she wants one”. My friend denied the water at first and we started to walk away. My friend then decided that she does need to drink some water so I went back to the security bouncers and asked for a water bottle. The tall scrawny bouncer with glasses said “go to the market” I

The space itself is beautiful and the atmosphere is lively, which made for a fun night out. The drinks were solid and the music kept the energy up. On the flip side, the food portions felt small for the price, and service was a bit slow once things got busy. Not a bad spot overall, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype.
