used to love going to Dutch Bros in the morning, especially because they open at 5 AM when most places don’t. I know people move on, get new jobs, or graduate, but I really miss the older staff that used to work there. They were amazing and always did a great job. The last few times I’ve gone in the morning, I’ve ended up leaving without a drink. One time I actually paid for several items, but the wait was so long that I eventually just left. The customer service was great and helped me. The employees are clearly not ready when they open. I’ve watched them pull in just five minutes before open

The 2 girls in the drive thru line refused to help me bc I was in the “wrong lane” when the sign says to form THREE lines. I had an online order they could’ve simply grabbed my drinks and handed me them yet they stood there talking away while I sat there waiting not knowing which car to go behind. when I went to the window she couldn’t find the drinks turns out they were just sitting in the freezer the whole time. I usually have such a great experience with nice workers but those 2 obviously didn’t care.

i went today this morning around 10:30ish and the service was amazing !!! i didnt catch his name but he was outside taking orders with a dark blue hat and was incredibly sweet and so was the girl in the drive thru !!! the workers there are always so positive and respectful they never let me down in my drinks !!
