Spicy Bite is so close to 5 stars but there a few things that caused me to take off points. I know no one is perfect but they do make mistakes on meals so food needs to be checked before picking up. Now we would eat inside but the restaurant is too small and crowded. Last, I highly recommend expanding or creating a new location for the east side of Kyle. The current location is no longer ideal for the amount of business they get. I still love this place but we’ll hold off for a while. Our favorite is the ground beef mas enchiladas plate. The people were nice, the food had good flavor. Homemade tortillas were a plus. I'd say the only downside was the food portions. The plate was ok but the tacos were skimpy. Fajitas had good flavor but were a bit dry and tough. Overall I would still give it another shot. Service was great.

Very disappointing experience. Was excited to try based on the reviews. Portion sizes are offensively small. Paid $40 for two of these “shrimp fajitas” plus a small quesadilla and a side of chips and salsa.

Food is great and at least 3 types of salsa. Service from great to above average, younger waitresses get distracted but trying for the most part. Small area so tables are closer to each other. Love their Machado (lean dried beef like beef jerky).
