Stopped in for lunch, food was great! While eating couldn't help but notice of the guy filling bags and his attention to making sure quality, accurate orders where going out. Believe his name was Roman. He would make a great advertisement/video for culvers. Also the elderly lady walking around asking people if they needed anything was very sweet

I feel like around 5-6 months this place was amazing. Now it’s taking over 15 minutes to get my food. I don’t know if a bunch of people got laid off, because I don’t see those faces anymore, but those people were keeping the place running at a good pace. I know one of them was Dwane, he was always extremely nice. And the other I think he was John he was always working fast and working in multiple places at the same time.

This is EASILY the most unfriendly, rude Culver's I've ever been too. I've actually been withholding this review because I thought "Maybe it's just a one time thing" but it's actually kind of crazy how consistent the vibe from this place is. The one in Onalaska is fine; they're friendly and I don't feel like I'm actually being a burden just for ordering food. Literally every single time I've entered this location, the employees are never smiling, don't really acknowledge you other then with a disdaining look, and they're just completely rude. i’m not sure if everyone was having a bad day but i ordered my food and asked for a root beer with no ice. the lady said they don’t come with ice unless you ask.. okay i just don’t want ice ? and i’ve definitely gotten ice without asking before. whatever then she asks if i want ketchup, salt, and cheese sauce in the bag. i say yes please. then i notice they’re a buck and some change so when i get to the window i ask if they can just be taken off and the manager says yeah im not just giving those out for free they cost me money to get theyre gonna cost money to have. or something along those li
