A takeout order turned into a nightmare. They’re severely understaffed — there were around 30 orders backed up, people kept ordering, waiting over an hour, then eventually asking for refunds. Whoever managed staffing for this location really dropped the ball. How do you only have 3 people working the front on a busy Saturday night?

Wow, what a mess! I normally love Panera but this one is a mess. Dramatically understaffed. It’s not the fault of the staff, it’s the fault of the managers or corporate. I don’t have time to go through ALL the various ways they don’t do what Paneras usually do. Get new managers. Saving a buck to lose long term customers. Buh, bye.

Especially bad service. For 2 days during rain customers overflowed the restaurant. This morning a manager walked up to my table and asked me to leave because I wasn’t a customer (I have the drink club membership.) today the Panera is empty and I was targeted at the empty Panera within a minute or 2 of walking in. She didn’t ask, she simply told me I had to leave. Unfortunately I only walked in day 3x in a row bc the Carl’s Jr employee next to this location never gave my debit card back the day before and was actually unhelpful and difficult to return my card to me across the counter as it wa

i ordered the "2 for something special" that they have and i honestly enjoyed it. i had the chicken avocado sandwich with the chicken Mac n cheese. both of these items were very good but the portions were very small. i understand that you're getting a smaller size because of the special but the order just did not fill me up.
