Hands down the worse place to eat 👎 customer service was not just rude but actually hostile!! They misheard our order and gave us the wrong food, I don’t mind that, and was being very understanding when I went inside and returned the food and asked for the right items. The person taking the order yelled at me when I came inside that I said I wanted bone in chicken and not tenders- that’s definitely not the case- we know what we ordered, there were three other people in the car who heard him order tenders. Upon giving us the “right” food they literally just shoved it into the car without say

Church's on New Franklin Rd just got order not everything was in box this is the second time of not getting all the order and the service is slow and the most unorganized bunch. I will not return they are local places that are better.

I don’t know why it is but every time you go to this location They are out of everything or they don’t have enough food cooked or it was still frozen as the excuse. I don’t understand how they’ve managed to stay in business this long at this location go to Valley Alabama location quite a bit never have a problem. I don’t know if it’s two different owners or different managers, but whoever’s managed in the Alabama location needs to come up here and teach La Grange‘s location how to run

Attitude from Reco and manager with blonde and black hair refused to give her name. The menu board in drivethru had wrong pricing and quantities and when it was mentioned to manager she was nasty and dismissive and refused to give her name. Terrible display for the management of the company. Then had the nerve to burn my bombers!
