Unorganized breakfast and staff service this morning. One bad seed named Victoria lost her composure and yelled throughout the entire restaurant about dirty dishes she had to clean in front of us at the dish pit/ counter where we were seated. On top of that they had a trainee working the counter during the busiest time of the day. No one took accountability or control of the situation they just kept taking orders and making them wrong. Not a good representation of the brand. Walked in for the first time, no one spoke. The manager was standing at the grill looking and didn’t say a word. The District Mgr was visiting in the picture and still no one said “hello.” They we’re busy chatting instead of being focused on their paying customers. The food was delivered and either the waffle had a hair on it or the knife that I spread it with had a hair on it…showed it it the server and she brought me another one. Horrible service by manager on duty meek. I ordered the double waffle with chocolate chips and peanut butter and asked for 2 plates so I can eat them separate. When I asked they said no. That that gets put on one plate. When asked to get another plate they said they would charge me for 2 waffles as tho I didn’t get the double waffle which by the way is cheaper. I was trying to get ahold of someone from corporate but nobody would answer

Atmosphere is very unwelcoming!! They don’t speak or nothing when you walk in just look at you like you aren’t supposed to be there!! Needs to management and workers!! Or better training!! Changed my whole mood of eating there!! Can’t pay for for bad customer service!!
