Is the atmosphere high class? No. But it's charming, clean, and has character. Food and service was excellent. My husband and I had the best anniversary experience here. The food was perfection. We were surprised by a live guitarist/singer which was fun. I was lusting over the tiramisu and was disappointed to find they were out. Apparently tiramisu doesn't want me to have it because I have been trying since April to get some. I asked my husband to get my a slice for my birthday and he completely forgot. Seen this place for years and never stopped in. Been several times over the last year or so and it’s much more lively than you’d be lead to believe by appearances. Happy hour is a great deal. Dog friendly patio is a plus but tight so leave the yappy dogs at home. Had a number of different servers/assistants and they’ve all been super lovely. Food is very consistent and delicious. Just has that good, locally owned je ne sais quoi. Good lil haunt & will be frequenting

Our family celebrated my birthday at Bistro K. The calamari appetizer was very good, I had the halibut and it was delicious. The star of the entire meal was the slice of coconut cake they served for my birthday treat. It was amazing - moist and delectable with a perfect whipped cream frosting loaded with coconut. I’m definitely ordering the cake next time I’m there. Yummy!
