I happened upon Rumi’s Oasis while walking the Trader Joe’s shopping plaza. I dropped my car off at America’s Tire and had an hour to kill. I wanted some real food and saw they were open. I went inside and was greeted by wonderful staff. I asked if the kitchen was open at 10:30am and they said yes. So I proceeded to order the combo Beef and Chicken plate and a cup of coffee. The food came out within 10-15 minutes, I wasn’t in a rush and it was delicious. The chicken wasn’t dry, the beef wasn’t dry, and both were seasoned well. Do NOT order from this place — you will regret it. I ordered nachos for a high school event, and what we received was completely unacceptable: overcooked, dried out, and not edible. Multiple students even asked if the food was stale. I returned the entire tray and spoke directly with the owner. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, she was rude, dismissive, and insisted the food was “good” despite clearly seeing its condition. We had such a wonderful experience at Rumi’s Oasis! The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The lamb nachos were loaded with fresh veggies, cheese, and sauce — absolutely delicious. For dessert, we enjoyed baklava, cookies, and a specialty latte, all paired perfectly with the cozy atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, and the unique market setup inside (loved the vintage car display!) added a fun touch to the experience. First time here and ordering food. The food was amazing. I finally got the dubai chocolate pistachio here and they charged $11.32 for it. It was as big as a m&m pack or smaller, based on eye measurement. I'm not sure how much it cost elsewhere, but it's not worth it for me here. The desserts were good. The service was direct, not much smiles or welcoming demeanor, they just helped when asked.
