Last order on drive-thru 1/2 hr before resturarnt closes and it was a call in special order for someone else, he sees the Burger King commercial in his hospital room and asks if I would get him one. Called in order on phone app. Got there at drive-thru in Murrieta, order was ready, and all that just before closing Sat eve, returned to friend in hospital who was awaiting for this item, said it was great. Would recommend this Burger King location. Good food great service, especially for a Saturday eve before closing!

Went into the establishment hoping to enjoy a nice lunch with my father he had sat down and where we were waiting for food and the cashier who I assume is also the manager was very rude and would not take my order telling me I had to order off of the kiosk and then just simply walked away even though I only had cash basically would not eat here again rude service so much for Burger King have it your way can't even order a meal to have it away. Visiting this Burger King in Lake Elsinore was one of the biggest mistakes that I’ve made as far as fast food restaurants go. The service is by far the worst service in fast food I’ve ever received. The young lady at the drive-through had a horrible tone as if she did not want to be there. When we paid for our food we were parked because our ONE order of fries was not ready. Her words were “can you park in front while we wait for fries”. I agreed and park in front. We still waited over 5 minutes in front when we decided to go inside and we received more unpleasant and unprofessional service by

Do not dine in. Took over 25 minutes to receive our order. Had to order on the kiosk as no employees were aiding the counter. Food was cold and soggy as well as missing part of the order. There are no trays, napkins did not come in the bag with the order. Drive thru is prioritized over people dining in. The play place is filthy. Overall Terrible experience. Will not be going back.
