Bugs in food. Wasted $66 tonight. Never going back. Should have asked for the vegan option. Update kids went and the portion size only filled a little more than half. Fat shaming or ripping off customers? Either way hope this franchise tanks.

I’ve moved here last year from New Jersey, where I frequented Chipotle weekly. I’ve tried this location 3 times, at first I thought maybe it was a fluke that the chicken here was so much more spicy hot than what I was used to in NJ, but after 3 tries, it was obvious that they made the chicken a lot hotter here than northeast part of the country - just too hot to be enjoyable to me. Sorry, they’ve lost me as a customer.

Mons was very rude and unprofessional. I came in 30 minutes before closing, asked if they are still serving as I didn’t want to come in if they are closing up. Mons rolled her eyes and laughed at someone behind the counter and turned to me and said “yup” in a very rude tone. She slammed my food down multiple times, and had a very bad attitude. I understand it’s a late night, but these are the hours yall choose to work.
