Place was packed which is great for any Business. They had a party in the back and seemed to be under staffed. Ordered a classic burger deluxe well done. Also my mom got a breakfast combo. Server is swamped. Burger was raw. Bacon was undercooked. I could not get the servers attention I was staring and we were in a rush to leave. So I ate what I could. When he finally came back I showed him the burger and bacon and he apologized. He even made a face of ew. He said let me talk to my manager. She comes walking over and say so what was the problem with your food? and I told her what the issue was

We had breakfast at the spacious Parsippany IHOP..The food was fine. The canned music was ok but would have been better if not elevator music. I was thinking that they could use little microwave ovens at each table to warm things up if they got cold. 😆. The best part of our visit was Keyla, our excellent waitress.

We only been here few times, is nice to visit a place of my childhood. Always CLEAN and staff is very nice. It gets packed but some how the wait is not long. Food always fresh we have never complaint; hopefully you don’t need to either
