The people working here just look irritated. They told my daughter they wouldn’t give her another refill because they have a two limit policy? I have never heard that before. We were stuck in the restaurant due to rain. Also they didn’t get the Oder right and our fries were not fresh. I don’t understand how they work in customer service? On the plus: there was one lady who was very nice and offered to let us know if we needed anything. I should have got her name. we ordered a large sweet tea and a large iced coffee in the drive through. they couldn’t find our order after attempting to hand us the wrong order. they ended up asking what we ordered and sent us to the third window with a large sweet tea. after waiting at the third window for 5-10 minutes, we were handed a medium iced coffee.

I Won’t be back. I arrived and then heard and saw a Manager ? talking stearn to someone taking orders at the drive thru saying you can’t put them on hold you need to take their orders. I get it but give the person taking orders some grace!!! There’s ways to talk to people and what’s up with the locked bathrooms?!? I had to wait in line to use it and the lady that came out said, yeah it’s ridiculous they lock the bathrooms. The sign says, for paying customers only ?!?!? I personally like mcdonalds mostly but this one on memorial I particularly don't like. I ordered breakfast at my doctor's office and got there a little after they stopped breakfast. When I came to pick it up they said they are giving me a refund because they stopped breakfast even though I ordered ahead on the app. Other times this place is like Russian roulette when it comes to freshly cooked food. It may be hard from sitting under the lamps so long.
