Wow! The flavor of this soup was insane. The coolest part is that you can pick ANY entree, and they'll swap the entire thing out to be gluten-free. Some dishes will change more than others with the swap, but they all sound amazing. I forget what I ordered, but the egg, the noodles, flavor, everything was absolute fire. Chloe served me, and she was very helpful and kind. Sabu is located inside the Joinery in Lakeland- an excellent place to have a meal. I did "work from home" there for a while, and it went well. Amazing Experience at Sabu Japanese Ramen + Street Food! I had a fantastic time at Sabu! The flavors were excellent and perfectly balanced — every bite felt thoughtfully crafted. Watching the food being cooked right in front of me added a fun and personal touch to the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Best of all, the prices were very affordable for the quality of food and service. Highly recommend if you're craving authentic Japanese street food with a great vibe!
