No sense of urgency in the prep of orders. I could watch the employees kinda wonder around. I'm sure they aren't paid enough. Maybe some leadership and incentive would hey them moving. For the amount of money you need to spend on simply two people... Well, honestly, is rather but a $20 lobster with $5 worth of veggies and rice and cook s wonderful meal at home.

I came here for the wendy’s free fry and frosty not only did I quickly receive the fry and frosty (they were delicious by the way) but I was greeted by Ms.Tia and Ms.Dianna two workers at this restaurant. They were so friendly and warm I found myself smiling the whole time while being served. Genuinely hope to see them more, I didn’t come to Wendy’s a lot before but I definitely will now.

Got to the store at 11pm. Waited in line for 10 mins before they took our order. Went to this shop to get a frosty, they didn't have frosty’s. Wanted to get a burger, they didn't have that either. We then waited forever for our food. The employee was confused and clearly overwhelmed, possibly under trained. I was very disappointed, as their morning staff is fantastic. We finally got our food at 11:50pm.

This is the second time I have gone here and ordered original chicken and received SPICY chicken instead. The first time I went to return the food because my toddlers could not eat spicy chicken nuggets they simply told me oh well we didn’t have the regular ones so we just gave you the spicy ones. So after all that I had to get them to make me original chicken strips instead because they were out of chicken nuggets. This time I went through the drive-through and ordered original chicken and got home and opened it and it was spicy chicken. The food is not that great and 90% of the time we go t
