Stephanie and the staff at this place are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I have a great time every time I visit. The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and fun. I come here at least once a week, usually on Tuesdays or Sundays. I would give this place a perfect 10 out of 10 experience.

I was there today, 6/9/26, about 2:45 p.m., and I ordered the Avocado Smash Burger and Smash Fries. But when I received my meal, I noticed that I didn't receive the correct fries. I sent them back and requested Smash Fries. The mexican/Hispanic lady with glass working in the kitchen grabbed the same fries, dunked them in oil, put seasoning on them, and sent them back. I was so mad I told her to keep the fries. Worst costumer service and food service never coming there again!

Went in here for national cheese burger day and the dude at the register was awesome! We got some great cheeseburgers (there is a nice amount of them on the menu) and some tots. The food came out quick and was presented real well. Everything was hot and fresh and really good. Nice sitting areas with TVs too. The tables all looked clean and it was a great lunch!

The manager was very rude. If I hadn't mentioned it my chicken would not of been put in my order. There was no one in tge place and only 1 order came in as I was there. They fries were not fresh, you can tell when theve been sitting there. I love there food but doubt I will return. Carls Junior will be happy .
