I stopped into Mizu Sushi for dinner and was impressed from the start. I kicked things off with the bang bang wings and egg rolls, and honestly, both were standout appetizers. The wings came out hot and crispy with just the right balance of sweetness, spice, and crunch—they were easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The egg rolls were fresh, perfectly fried, and packed with flavor, not the soggy or overly greasy kind you sometimes get. I’d recommend starting with both if you want to set the tone right. For the main course, I ordered the beef pho and a few pieces of eel sushi. The pho bro

The Pho was okay. The sushi was not. I'm not sure how crab mix can be grainy, but it was. The nigiri all tasted the same and seemed artificially colored. It's smelled fine and no one got sick, so I guess that's something.

I am mad at myself because it's been so long since I've been here that I forgot how amazing the sushi is and friendly the staff are. This place is incredible! Keep up the good work chefs -- Tonight I had the Oscar roll, among others, it was beautiful, and it was the most delicious roll ever and I used to work in Florida so I know my sushi... Bravo 👏 My only regret is not taking a photo for this review *Edit* Turns out I did take one of the menu item... it doesn't do the actual roll justice, enjoy! Highly recommend this place and roll!
