This place is popular! The parking lot was busy, and the indoor eating area was crowded when I arrived for breakfast. I chose the outdoor patio, which was a pleasant spot. The service was excellent; my waitperson was very helpful. They mentioned the restaurant has been at its current South Valley location for over 15 years, after being in Mesilla for 26 years. I ordered a chorizo and egg burrito with red chile sauce on the side. The burrito was very good, but the tortilla, which is locally sourced, wasn't fresh. The absolute highlight was the red chile sauce! It was clearly made from scratch
