Came in and got seated pretty quick. This was during the afternoon time on a Thursday so it wasn’t quite busy. Our server was Gabe and I’d say this guy has great energy and his service was top tier. Good vibes at this location. Ordered the enchiladas and fiesta nacho lunch special and a few drinks which all came out to be very delicious. Restaurant was clean and staff were also attentive which is very important.

Came here twice last June and really enjoyed our meal. My wife has dairy and gluten allergies and this was one of the few places she could eat downtown. The vegan nachos are top notch, as well as the burritos. Came here again in June 2026 and found the food to be just as good as last year. It’s definitely top of our list for our annual Vegas visits.

Honestly, I expected more since this place was called Nacho Daddy because I did specifically go there for the nachos. Vegan nachos. After reading all rave reviews, I was super excited to check it out, but they were just vegan nachos. Don’t get me wrong, they were tasty, nothing stood out. They were huge and filling. It wasn’t loud or over crowded when I was there, but I can imagine it could be. My Husband had Enchiladas and they were just as he thought they would be. I would definitely come back, I’m interested in trying something else off their menu. I was really appreciative of our waitress.

Ok... so we came here for some of the nachos, and honestly, the cheeseburger mini nachos that we ordered were fantastic. They were super salty and savory... and the chips were crunchy, not soggy. However, my wife and I also ordered the churro basket because we had churros together on our first date back in 1999. <3 Good grief, these were the best churros I've ever had, especially with the three dipping sauces (berry, chocolate and caramel)!
