I called the hotel last Thursday to make a reservation for a wedding in October. I was initially told there were no rooms available, but the employee thought better of it and said they may have a room for me. She said she would have another employee look into it, and assured me I would receive a call-back that day. I did not. I called the next day (Friday) to follow up, and left a voice mail with the reservation office. I did not receive a call in return. Lastly, I sent an email (on Monday) via the "Contact Us" feature on the hotel website about this situation. I did not receive a response.

Went out in lawrence for my husbands birthday and stayed. Every person ee spoke to was so nice and helpful. The room was spacious and all 4 of us had great food for brunch the next morning. Highly recommend!
