Marjorie Petrik★2 orders of Fish n chips burnt. Couldn’t really taste the fish bc I couldn’t get the burnt taste out of my mouth. Very large table for 3 people, too close to other parties. Loud, bad acoustics, no frills buildout. Difficult to have a conversation without yelling at the others at your table. Asked for lemon & server brought me literally one single wedge of lemon! Took my empty beer glass away without asking if I wanted something else to drink. Finally came by when we were nearly finished to ask if we wanted more drinks- at that point I just couldn’t drink enough water & wanted to leave.
Janine Kowalke★★★★Excellent food and beautiful patio. We had a bit of trouble getting a server. Fish and chips fresh and crunchy tasty tarter sauce. The waffle chips are truly delicious. Brussel sprout appetizer generous, sweet and zesty. All of our beers were good. Had to find a server again for boxes and a bill.
Adam★★★★I really love this place, BUT....ever once in a while I get a shocker with the food quality. Last instance, we ordered the Chopped Chicken Salad w/ grilled chicken @ $19.00. It was maybe 2 cups of chopped iceberg lettuce with about 4-5 oz of grilled chicken, topped with a tablespoon or two of bacon bits (I know my food weights). It was disappointing considering a gourmet level burger plate with fries at the same joint that is at least three times the amount of food AND mouthwateringly delicious is $16.00. I always recommend LBC as a top fave, but DONT FOR THE SALAD.
Michael U★Service was disappointing. Bartender wasn’t friendly. *We went Friday at 1:50pm, it wasn’t very busy at all. Loved the beer, we had every beer on tap.
