First time going here the lady on the grill was patient and walked me through all the options. The other individual there was also pleasant and opened the bathroom promptly upon asking. I got a rice bowl and it was great. Plenty of choices for the grill and toppings. Will go back again!

I visited this location with my partner today and as soon as we walked in we encountered an employee (cooking the sandwiches) that was completely rude. As my partner gave the cook his order, the kept asking him follow up questions about the order that were very aggressive in tone. It seemed as if they were getting impatient with him even though it literally only took him like 30 seconds to order. The two employees working the counter did not try to be pleasant or polite AT ALL. I was actually taken aback but did not address the issue in the store. Food is pretty good, in general, which is why we travel from Olathe. Normally the ppl working there are great. Tonight (6/6/26) at about 1850, my wife and I came for a visit. We had just started looking at the new menu when the woman grilling screamed at us wanting to know about fries/sides (we weren't even up there yet). Got up there, she was visibly angry at being at work, and screamed questions at us. She proceeded to slam ingredients on the grill, obviously not happy to see people.
