Genuinely the worst chick-fil-a i’ve ever been to. Line was wrapped around the building for the drive thru, inside was packed. There was not nearly enough employees outside/ inside for what was going on over here. Parking lot is way too small and cramped to even HAVE a drive thru. After 20 minutes of waiting in the line, they finally got me to the window and they told me to go find a parking spot and wait for my order. I told the lady that i’ve circled the lot 3 different times I genuinely don’t think that there is a spot available.. is my order really gonna take that much longer? I’m in a big

Have you ever craved something you know you probably shouldn’t have too often? That’s me with the Oreo milkshake from Chick-fil-A. I go to this location several times a week just for that shake.I’m honestly disappointed... Today I ordered my usual Oreo milkshake (over $5) through pickup because the drive-thru is confusing and the line is always extremely long. When I received it, the cup was about an inch below the rim — noticeably less than what I normally get. I politely mentioned it to the cashier, Abigail, and explained that I come there often and the shakes are usually filled to the top.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A location this morning. I visit often and usually spend $25–$30 per visit, but the service has been declining lately. Today was the breaking point. I placed a mobile order at 10:05 AM that included several items, one of which was a Spicy Chicken Biscuit with egg and cheese. I arrived at 10:20 AM to pick up my order. After pulling away, I checked the bag and saw that the spicy chicken sandwich was incorrect — the egg I paid for was missing.
