As we were traveling in Utah, we decided to stopping at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was very polite and kind. Our server Juliana was extremely nice and very outgoing. She deserves a good shout out!!!! The food was good and a convenient quick bite. The Host, Cam, who was training did an awesome job for his first time. Way to go!

(UPDATE) I’ve since gone back and my experience has been MUCH better than the first. I actually got to go be in the patio the second time around (wish there was a fan lol) and the food was much better also. Idk if someone saw this or what but better experience next time around. The food was good but the service was bad. Took forever to get our food for it to come out cold. More than 3 to 5 min at a time there was no wait staff on the floor except for one waitress during those times. Last night my boneless wings were still partially frozen. I asked for a refill from the server who brought the food and was told, “I have my own tables to take care of.” My Pepsi tasted like Diet. For 6 wings, side of onion rings annd a Pepsi, my bill was $25.03! Overall poor experience. The last straw was that my 3,350 points (that took years to build) barely expired and they wouldn’t budge. The Blazin’ Support line almost treated like a “gotcha” moment that they won. I won’t be going back with my family or friends. Wingstop is much less expensive and better quality.

Honestly, I don’t know how this location is still in business. The service is terrible and has been forever! They were caught serving alcohol to minors, so now you have to wear a wristband and show your ID multiple times just to have a drink. We showed up at 4, and were told we had to wait because it was shift change. This is the first time I’ve ever heard a restaurant blame slow service on a shift change, which should be seamless to the customer. They only had about 1/4 of the tables full at the time. Our wings were over cooked and they did away with that boats that identified each flavor! So
