I ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese, this is the “Cheese” pizza I received. Every slice was 60% crust and a single bites worth of cheese. I’ve never had a problem with this Marcos pizza before and I tried calling the store twice and the phone was never picked up. 🫤 I’m very disappointed in the quality of this pizza.

I ordered a pizza and boneless wings from here two times and both times they ruined my order and delivered bone in. I repeated multiple times to the guy on the phone asking for boneless but I still received bone in wings. I called to ask for a discount on future order or refund and the gentleman on the phone said the manager would call me back. I never got a call back. Said to say they lost my business.

I just want to say that I have loved Marcos ever since I found out it existed I moved to Utah 5 years ago so never tried it till about 4 months ago ish and I have to say that this pizza I thought I was a Papa John's fan but Marco's is a thousand times better I will say that whenever I ask for extra Parmesan that I don't always get it but today I decided to try their new hot honey pizza at least it's new to me lol with thick crust and I asked for extra Parmesan and I have to say that this is the best pizza that I have ever received from them I've always loved the food I'm gotten from them but t

Never had this happen before, but we ordered two medium pizzas and they were both missing a small slice. It looked like it had been cut out. I don't know if maybe they sliced the dough before they cooked it and put the toppings on and it split and as it was cooking? And also, two of the pieces on the olive pizza are different heights, suspicious that it may have actually come from different pizza? It doesn't make sense. The two of those pieces would have risen higher than the rest of the pieces. (On the breadstick pizza, my kid grabbed some before the picture.)
