This place was AMAZING!!! Came here for a work lunch to meet with my leader. We were originally going to go to Mo Betta’s but when I saw the sign say grill we detoured. First thing I noticed when I walked in was there was a good amount of people there but the place was clean. Then I waited in line and saw all the food items and realized on my animal based diet I can find something to eat here. When I told the cashier that I only eat animal products and fruit she made sure she helped me customize a meal to my eating plan. I was impressed. We stopped in around 7:45 p.m. after a long day in the mountains and were excited to try this place for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. The employee taking our order never greeted us, smiled, or acknowledged us in any way. She simply stared at us. I started placing our order, and she still didn’t say a word. Stopped in for dinner on a Sunday evening. We tried the kalua pork, steak and chicken combo, spicy chicken salad, noodles, California roll, and spicy crab roll. All the food was good and we particularly enjoyed the Kalua pork bowl. The pork was tender and included aome fat that blended well with the other toppings. The spicy chicken was noticeable but not hot to me. If you really want it spicy be sure to ask for extra head. Flavor of the chicken was good. The food here is pretty good, but it wasn’t very hot coming out. It was prepared very quickly, though, and I got it within 3 minutes of ordering. I’m a fan of the sushi, but the teriyaki chicken bowl could’ve been warmer. Overall, this is a good place to eat some healthier options and not feel like crap afterward.
