“Fast, courteous service with pretty decent food!”

I moved out here about a year ago and my first experience with this Wendy's was AMAZING. But it's been unfortunate to watch the service go down so much. Within the last year I have watched as they have gone from quick and attentive to Incredibly slow and won't bother to even greet anyone when they walk in. I don't know if there has been a change of management, or if someone is telling them they need to prioritize the drive through or Door dash. But every single time I have come in to this Wendy's I spend SIGNIFICANTLY more time here than I plan. It starts with waiting to get your order taken

The drive thru guy in this picture was the nicest guy I've every encountered. We had 3 little kids, with 3 special orders and he didn't even make a face when we asked to change this or change that. He was extremely accommodating, nice and pleasant. Because of him I will definetly becoming back to this Wendy's again, mark my words. We even had to return because of a plain burger that wasnt AND they didn't make US feel like the idiots or make it feel like its coming out of their paychecks. GOOD JOB GUYS, KEEP UP THE HARDWORK

Sat inside for 15 minutes, waiting for orders to be done when I asked the employee how much longer he checked a couple things and then walked away, ignoring my question when I was able to get the manager’s attention I asked him the same question and he had the same response horrible customer service and did not care at all about the wait time or what was going on. I recommend not going to this location possibly another one located right next-door. It’s a different restaurant, but the people are not as rude.

Waited in line for 20 mins, frys half full and they didnt give me the frosty. None of the employees looked to be in any kind of hurry while there's 5-7 cars in line.
