The food at Panda is consistently good. My kid just loves it here and chooses this place as a treat sometimes. The food is kept warm and is served quickly by kind staff. I really appreciate how the staff welcomes each employee so happily as they enter for their shift. I have seen it a few times. As a work family that gets along, they are the best I've seen in a while.

This store is ran chaotically, majority of the women on the front line look lost and overwhelmed, the guys on the back line have no sense of urgency during dinner rush and are just back there laughing having a good ole time. The manager Vincent is too busy sitting at a table with a new hire laughing it up while the store is not being ran smoothly. Then after instead of making sure everything is being ran smoothly he decides it will be professional to pull out his phone and walk the entire line behind the counter on that phone not even looking at any of the waiting and frustrated customers.

I usually love Panda Express especially in Georgetown. Today I had a late lunch at the Leander location and the food was beyond horrible. I had a plate with honey walnut shrimp. The shrimp was extremely touch and the crust was hard, meaning overdone. The other entree was the chicken breast and again tough and dry. I will never come back to this location.

food good always here its the serivice no greetings when stepping in order in advise and the team clearly saw me and my kid standing there waiting for our online order which was ready and it literally was behind counter ... they gave this other person walked in after me there's and im like hello ma'm I need my food thats behind u ... the hell happened to humanity and customer serivice nobody wants speak and avoids customers after this experience of treatment ill probably wont be choosing to come eat here much anymore . so sad the team people working there todays shift during around 1pm to
