It’s rare to see a team work together with such positive attitudes and genuine customer service. They made the visit quick, pleasant, and welcoming. Stopped with my wife and granddaughter today to get some food we walked through the front door. There was a couple employees sitting in the lobby on their phones, I assumed they were on break. There were several employees in the back that were on their phones. We stood there for approximately eight minutes and decided to leave as we touched the door knob to leave. Someone said hello and my response was goodbye. Horrible customer service. A horrible experience for Burger King. If this is the way they are with customer service I don’t even wanna try their food. No wonder they only got a 3.5 and

They were obviously short staffed but they still did an excellent job! There was a man complaining and acting rude and disrespectful! The manager treated him with the utmost respect and was very courteous! The man, in my opinion should have just shut his mouth and not been so rude!!
