The service and food quality have always been excellent. Today we went through the drive-thru, and everyone from the person who took our order to those who handed it to us was very rude. I understand they are young, but Chick-fil-A has always stood out for its employees' courtesy. The young woman named Joselyn needs guidance on how to handle situations; she clearly lacks proper upbringing and manners. It is unpleasant for me to be served by young people who are inconsiderate and lack manners.

This is a shockingly consistently horrible Chick-fil-A. I have never experienced consistently VERY long wait times (15-25 min) in such a fully staffed establishment. All of the boards are filled with red wait times every time, the lobby is just filled with people standing around awkwardly waiting. We can't even stop by this location unless we have a spare 30 minutes on our way to something. It doesn't matter if you're in the drive thru or inside, it really is just fundamentally terrible execution.
