Jack Stack BBQ in Lee’s Summit absolutely delivered. The food came out looking as good as it tasted. The smoked chicken was incredibly juicy with that perfect barbecue glaze and just the right amount of char. The ribs were tender, flavorful, and fell right off the bone. Every bite had that rich, smoky depth you expect from Kansas City barbecue. The sides were just as satisfying. Next up on my "Culinary Cornanry"...Jack Stack BBQ in Lee Summit. This place is huge (it seats probably 250 ppl)...and busy when I got here at 1:15p on a Friday (picture is after the lunch rush at 2pm). Think "Black Angus and Lazy Dog had a baby" kinda house vibe. Was told by my server this location was built from the ground up for them. Got the 3 meat lunch plate: brisket, pulled pork and turkey (as I hardly see turkey on menus) with potatoes salad and cole slaw. $27 for lunch...not bad for everything you get. Brisket is pretty standard but the pulled pork is perfectly moist and the turkey..

The service was very good , had a house salad with ranch ( amazing home made dressing) the baked potato was very good , lots of toppings and the bacon was very flavorful. Brisket and rib was good. The real negative to the experience was sweeping the floor all around my table , for a $54 meal it seems like they could have waited for me to finish my meal .

First time at this location. Greeted and very friendly front of the house staff. Steven was our guy. He was excellent. Food was awesome. I will say some long hair man bun employee in the kitchen gave us a couple odd looks. Maybe he don’t like the law!? Will return.
