This Wendy's was clean and bright, with a cheerful vibe from the friendly staff. I ordered the Dave's Triple, a mighty and meaty burger, because I had skipped breakfast that morning. My meal was so filling, I couldn't eat dinner, just a snack. The food was delicious. And, before you ask, of course I had a chocolate frosty to go with it.

No Wendy's near me. So opportunity arose. It was nextdoor to a store I went to. Did drive thru. It was hard to get to it. Divided parkway and construction. Had their new fish sandwich. It was pretty good except a little overcooked coating was a bit too thin and crunchy for me. Had a small frosty, chocolate. Yummy but teeny tiny. It was plenty though. I will go back again. Love frosties. Try it, you might like the fish better.

It was a Friday night about 8 PM. I sat in the drive through for five minutes and no one greeted me over the speaker. So I parked and went inside to order. My food was hot and fresh but wrong, which I discovered once I got home.

I’ve been having the Wendy’s spicy chicken for years and always been happy with it. Today I got what looked and tasted like a frozen patty from a warehouse club. I’m assuming that Wendy’s corporate has made this change. I won’t have the spicy chicken sandwich again. Sadly.
