I recently had an issue with my order at Dunkin, and I was honestly so impressed with how seriously they handled it. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The store owner was extremely kind, helpful, and understanding, and made sure my concerns were fully taken care of. They treated me with so much care and respect, and even offered me a dozen donuts as a kind gesture. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. I truly appreciate the assistance and professionalism from the whole team. Thank you for turning a negative experience into such a positive one!

BEST Dunkin’ I have ever been to- and I have been to a LOT. Manager is amazing, has trained his staff well and is extremely receptive to any feedback. All staff is kind and friendly. Doesn’t matter who makes my coffee, it is PERFECT every single time. I come here everyday before work and have never been disappointed. And if I’m out and about, I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin’ just because of how good it is. TOP NOTCH.

I love this Dunkin so much they are like family to me always so kind a nice to me an my boyfriend whenever we come. They made it a point to remember our names. Managers Lina a Veer aswell as other staff members mark, Stephen, Alex, , an cristian always give amazing service. They also always have the freshest coffee a donuts. If your in leesburg area a want dunkin come here!!! :)
