I stopped by The Conche around 4:30pm and had the rare treat of having the place almost entirely to myself. I imagine it gets much busier later, but at that hour it made for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. I ordered the “Moussetache,” a chocolate-based cocktail made with vodka, Baileys, crème de cacao, milk chocolate, and chocolate mousse. It was rich, smooth, creative, and beautifully presented, complete with a mustache-shaped chocolate on the side, which was a fun and memorable touch. The service was excellent.
