Ordered through the Sonic app for delivery to my work. Got a call from the delivery driver that their slush machine is down so we would need to pick an alternative drink...okay, no problem, we picked a different drink. Food gets delivered and we think there won't be any issues. What absolutely chapped my rear is that I pull out my "Ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito" (which I ordered without the cheese sauce or egg because they almost never taste good) and see that there is only three crusty tots so dried out that they can only be compared to food that a toddler kicked under the refrig

Will never return. After a 20min wait, they tried serving us a kids chicken tender that was 1/4 of the size of the normal one- all breading, no meat. When brought to the managers attention, she was very dismissive and confrontational. The car hop was friendly and helpful, but the overall experience was enough for us to not want to return.

It was late when we got here. I ordered on the app. Tried to check in at the kiosk. They were ignoring when I was hitting the red button. Only taking care of drive-thru orders. When they finally did get to us, they came out and one of our ice creams was wrong and proceeded to tell us that they were out of the cookie dough. Instead of saying something before they just assumed a brownie one was okay. We did not eat any food. Just ordered ice creams and drinks.

Do not go here! Waited 25 MINUTES just to place an order, and never did. First spot we pulled into the button didn’t work to place our order, but there was no sign stating that. So moved to another spot. After waiting an initial 10 minutes, a girl got on the speaker, asked if I had a pickup order, I said I needed to place an order, she said give us a minute to let the kitchen catch up. I was irritated, but said ok. After another 15 minutes, I was beyond irritated and left. Do better.
