Starbucks in Oak Park Mall Overland Park Kansas - upper level Christmas time at Oak Park Mall and Starbucks The mall has good lighting and plenty of normal parking and handicap accessible parking. Starbucks was nominally busy at 1pm. My croissant was heated and perfect. The store was well lit and clean.
