My server was nice and attentive , my review of one star is for the manager and the bug I found in my child’s ice cream. The manager didn’t seem too surprised or even too sorry that this happened. How disappointing you go out spend $70 and get extra protein you didn’t ask for. The manager took off the 2.50 ice cream but it’s the bigger picture how disgusting is it to find that in your food and all he could do was take the ice cream off. I don’t feel as if it was with the $70 that could’ve gotten my child very sick if I didn’t notice it sooner and all the manager offered to do was take it off t

1.5 Stars - Really tough showing from Applebees to be honest, especially for my first time visiting any Applebees location. I ordered a hamburger and informed them that I am allergic to dairy. Stopped in here for a quick lunch. Hostess seemed cold and unfriendly. The manager was seated at the table behind the hostess stand and I observed her being a bit rude to a man who came in to say he had an interview for a line cook position.
