West End Diner Leominster, MA has such an elaborate interesting menu with amazing combinations, I could go back every week for 6 months and try a different creative and delicious dish each time. My husband and I went a couple weeks ago and I'm still thinking about this meal. We split a side pancake (aka just 1, which is perfect) of the Apple & Walnut.
