This is beyond ridiculous. As a manager to a fast food chain myself, I would NEVER serve this food to anyone. Nor would I allow my staff to serve this kind of food! There are timers and food safety for a reason. I spent over $45 on food that was inedible. I was the only person in the store to order. So it’s not like there was a rush to get me out of your drive thru . I Ordered my 3 burgers then asked for 2 large fry’s and a cheesy bacon tot and 8 pieces motzz fresh from the fryer. To go please.I stood there talking to my kid for a few mins received my bags a then left , drive the 3 miles hom

This location is so disappointing. I called and asked them do they actually look at the food before they put it in the bag and the lady said yes our manager is making the food today 😩😳 they offered a free meal.I declined because I’m all set. With getting sick. For a place that is willing to serve food like this. My son was eating this. And he said it tasted gross. So I went to look at it. And it was literally soggy wet and falling apart and the chicken didn’t even look like chicken. Save your money.

It’s my own fault really but my order was simple. They can’t possibly screw it up. Sausage biscuit with cheese and a small hash brown. Whelp got no cheese on my sandwich and the hashbrowns were not edible . I had to call 3 times before someone actually picked up so I could tell them the food was not ok. The kid could care less.

The service here is always EXTREMELY friendly. Food is the same as any other BK, but the people who work at this one are so nice!!
