My favorite ice cream is half n half....vanilla and chocolate. For the last few years the ice cream is always too soft. This time it was so soft I tilted my cone a tiny bit and it fell right off my cone. I think they should just stop selling it and get rid of the machine. There is nothing worse than getting an ice cream and its melted. I have decided to not get half and half anymore. I will have to spend more for hard serve until the issue is fixed. Please dairy joy fix the machine .....its my favorite ice cream 🍦 😋

Awful experience. Rude workers. I asked for a gluten free cone, she accidentally gave me a regular cone. I asked her if it was gf when she handed me the cone and said oh no I’m so sorry and “made a new one”. I confirmed that she did not use the same ice cream that had been on the non gf cone and she said yes. I got the ice cream and the ice cream was clearly plopped from one cone to the next. I know allergies can be annoying to workers… but I have an autoimmune disorder and will likely get very sick from this. Not only did she make my order wrong, she lied and likely will cause significant iss

Grew up going here. Went today and had the worst ice cream and service. Pulled in with only one car and placed order. Additional customers came after and the larger group had order made before our one ice cream and lemonade. Took over 15 minutes to receive the one ice cream. We left without the lemonade due to frustration. Parfait was not worth the wait.

Absolutely fantastic! I got the peanut butter soft serve in a giant cone but a baby serving so the ice cream just peaked out the top and it was all the best part of the ice cream cone. The size of everybody else's ice cream blew my mind as did the quality. That giant blueberry ice cream in a dish you see is blueberry brownie and it's not blueberry flavored. It's flavored with tiny little Maine blueberries. This is one of the best ice cream stands I've been to in decades. Oh, and the prices are off the hook! My peanut butter soft serve and that giant small blueberry was $8 and change
