We had initially called for a custom birthday cake, intending to pick up next day but they weren't open next day. Because of that they offered us same day service and it was ready in under 2 hours. Shout out to Doug for making me the most excellent maid of honor for my best friend’s wedding! Long story short: the wedding cake did not make it up to Maine for my friend’s wedding, and I was tasked with finding a cake in a state I’d hardly been to. I called Grant’s Bakery on a wing and a prayer, and Doug was able to help me by making a two-tier wedding cake with decor that matched the wedding’s theme in mere hours. He is genuinely kind and extremely talented. The cake was gorgeous and SO delicious - the chocolate pudding filling was amazing!! Thank you, Doug and team, for saving this wedding
