The food was just okay it’s very bland , but the service left me feeling odd. I placed an online order and went through the drive thru to pick it up, when I got to the window he had me pull up when there were no cars in line, and when he finally brought it out to me it was like he was trying to search inside my car for something the way he was looking into it. The entire interaction made me uncomfortable.

I ordered ahead for pickup. I went in and waited at the counter for assistance. I watched as my food was bagged and sat on the counter. There was one employee working both the window and the inside counter. However, the employee in the back was just standing there looking out the window to the front (not cooking anything) and there was another employee that passed me to wash windows. Finally, an employee who had been standing at the end of the counter (maybe maintenance) asked if that was my food on the counter and I said yes, and he confirmed before giving it to me. This is the best captain Ds location to exist! I’ve never had a bad experience, Stacy goes above and beyond for her guests. My food is always cooked fresh and delicious. They treat me with kindness + respect, and make sure I always have everything I need. Love coming here it always makes my day better:)
