Used to this place was great & the service & food were even better. This time though I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru so they could “make fresh patties for me”, I open up my burger less than 2 minutes later & the patty is cold and the cheese hasn’t even melted. Guess we’re just outright lying to customers and selling cold food at the Richmond KY Hardee’s now. Definitely won’t be going back until I see some new employees in there!

I came in at around 6:00 A.M on 2/26/2026. I was standing a considerable distance away from the counter texting my family about my grandpa who was having surgery at the moment to make sure it was going okay. I was also waiting for the lady at the front to get less busy since she was the only one up there. Someone in the back asked her if I had my order taken yet and she said “I don’t know what he’s doing, he’s just standing up there being a weirdo”. I was taken aback, I worked at Hardee’s for 3 years and could never imagine talking about a customer I know nothing about like that. The Hardee’s

This location nailed my Special Order of a Low Carb Monster Burger + Onion, Pickles, Mustard + Ham Slices + Swiss Cheese to make the Beast Burger I love so well, and it was as delicious as it looks!

Pretty sad service!! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from the $5.99 menu, and was told it wasn't offered anymore. (why is it on the menu if it isn't offered anymore???) The lady was not professional at all, and rude. The ENTIRE TIME I was there, 2 or 3 of the female employees were arguing, telling each other what was/wasn't done and telling each other to shut up (also not very professional). Has happened before, but not this bad. Unpleasant experience and NOT worth the attitude or the price.
