This Panera has a friendly staff. The food was average and the dining room looked quite tired. Many booth seats have large rips in them. The restaurant can use a refresh of the dining area.

Ordered 3 bagels. When we got them they were barely toasted and cold. Had to ask them to re-toast them. Butter that was given came out of the freezer it seemed. How are you to spread that on a bagel. So we asked the kitchen if they could butter them for us as you would think they would have butter back there for sandwich orders etc but we were pointed to a microwave to use. Well if they took a minute to think , the butter packets have foil on the top of them and can’t be put in the microwave so I needed a plate. I spent 5 min scraping hard blocks of butter out onto a plate to microwave them s

Great food and breakfast. I can't give them 5 stars as they did not have Hazelnut coffee available and their dark brew ran out before I could sit down and eat my breakfast.

Smallest piece of baguette ever. The chili was way too spicy! Couldn't eat it. The bacon on the BLT was cold...should have been warmed up.
