Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Today and yesterday the girl working the drive thru asked if I wanted a straw and automatically handed me napkins since I ordered food. Just want to say you rock! Since usually they don’t give you napkins and I have to ask for a straw. Which I’m always afraid I’ll drive off and forget.

I'm so bummed. I went thru the drive-thru around 10 a.m. 4/2/24. I asked for my extra caramel, extra crunch and almond milk which was repeated to me. There was no sticker with my specifics added, it's not almond milk, caramel is standard and crunch is less than standard! I want what I pay for and I want consistency, I'm so bummed because Starbucks and this drink are my absolute favorite.

I stopped by Starbucks and got a shaken espresso with caramel syrup—absolutely delicious! The drink was smooth, perfectly balanced, and had just the right amount of sweetness. Service was impressively fast, with my order ready in no time. The only downside was the parking lot, which wasn’t the most accessible or easy to navigate. Other than that, a great experience overall!!
