I see a lot of negative reviews here, but honestly my experience has been the opposite. Every time I visit this particular location, everything is up to standard. The wait time is completely reasonable, the food tastes good and the presentation is much better than at many other Panera Bread locations I’ve been to. Just look at the pictures of the Pick Two I ordered, it looks great! Thank you!

Went for a quick drive thru pick up, no issues. Ordered on the app, showed up and received quick service. Got a pick 2 meal with no drink and upgraded side of twisted asiago breadsticks for about $15.

We find a long, long hair inside the salad to be honest was so disgusting and the manager she didn’t offer us even like a new salad and she didn’t cover her hair. I think it was her hair.

The experience with store manager Vitalien is always professional, his kind and educated manner with customers and his team are part of what makes this Panera location great.
