This was first time and we loved it. There was a variety items to choose from and hardest thing was deciding on what to get. Portion sizes were really good and delicious. Service was awesome. My only wish they were on the east coast.

The fish in my fish tacos were old and dried out. They should not have served that. The weird thing is we waited at the window for at least 7 minutes so I figure they were making it fresh but no they were hard and stale. On thing I can say is that when I showed them they were very sorry and made me fresh ones they were kind and fixed it right away!

They were really nice at the drive-thru window, and I appreciated that they acknowledged my dog too. It was such a small thing, but it made the whole experience feel friendlier and more genuine. Great customer service overall.

This is what you get at Del Taco for $14.50 now. Inflation is real folks. At the window, I watched as the guy obviously noticed the poor quality of food, still put it in the bag, then looked at the half empty fries, shrugged, stuffed a napkin on top of the fry’s container, and put it in the bag, then acted annoyed at me. He was an older Hispanic gentleman, and looked like a manager. The food was bad. The half order of fries I received weren’t cooked all the way, and the steak and bacon in the burrito were so hard and chewy, it was inedible. Suffice to say, I’m never coming back to the bra
